2. Service Warranty

We offer a 3–6 month warranty on replaced spare parts and the specific repair service performed.

Warranty coverage is limited only to the repaired or replaced component.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, electrical fluctuations, or misuse after repair.

3. Pricing & Payments

Repair charges will be informed after inspection and diagnosis.

Prices are transparent; no hidden charges will be applied.

Full payment is due upon completion of the repair service.

Any additional work will be carried out only after customer approval.

4. Inspection & Diagnosis

Initial inspection is done to identify the issue.

In some cases, advanced diagnosis may require workshop inspection.

Diagnosis fees, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

5. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Service bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp.

Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may attract a service visit charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the TV issue.

Ensure safe access to the TV and a proper power supply at the service location.

Any pre-existing damages should be informed before service begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Tv Repair is not responsible for issues unrelated to the reported problem.

We are not liable for damages caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or customer misuse after repair.

Data loss on Smart TVs (apps, settings, accounts) is not our responsibility.

8. Spare Parts

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts based on availability.

Replaced spare parts may not be returned unless specifically requested before service.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer contact details are used only for service-related communication.

We do not sell, share, or rent customer information to third parties.

Calls and WhatsApp messages may be recorded for quality and service purposes.

10. Changes to Terms
